Open to cybersecurity trainer & security roles
Abrar Lyngdoh
I break down problems so students can solve them, and systems so teams can secure them.
CEH v12 certified ethical hacker with a B.Tech in CSE, currently teaching at Hundredfold Academy in Shillong. I want to bring the two together and train the next wave of defenders.

01 · About
One habit, two classrooms.
I grew up in Shillong, Meghalaya, and went to Gurugram to study Computer Science. There I got hooked on security: taking systems apart to see where they break, then helping make them stronger. That led to TryHackMe's Jr Penetration Tester path and, in 2023, the CEH v12 certification.
Today I teach Quantitative Aptitude at Hundredfold Academy. Showing a student how to crack a percentage problem in twenty seconds takes the same skills as a pentest: break the problem down, spot the pattern, check every step.
Next, I want to put both together as a cybersecurity trainer, teaching people to think like attackers so they can defend like professionals.

02 · Security
Thinking like an attacker, working for the defender.
Hands-on with Windows and Linux environments, systems and network security. I find vulnerabilities, put security best practices in place, and keep IT running smoothly, always with permission and always security-first.

03 · Training
I already teach. Security is what I want to teach next.
At Hundredfold Academy I teach Quantitative Aptitude to government-job aspirants. Every class is practice in what a good trainer does: read the room, break complex ideas into steps, and check that the learning actually landed.

Which Nmap flag identifies the service and version running on open ports?
Concept first
Every shortcut is derived in class, so learners know why it works and when it breaks.
Practice under pressure
Timed drills that mirror the real exam, so accuracy holds when the clock is running.
Debug the mistake
Wrong answers get traced step by step, the same way I trace a bug in a system.
